I am a ...: Dancer

About me: In Belgrade there are several Irish dance troops, but Irish dance isn't well known in my country, so we sometimes have problems. I dance two years so far,and whenever I have rehearsal I am in the good mood, because u there can leave all the bad things in front of the door and music will do the rest. My troop is called Erin's Fiddle, we have won a medal on one competition so far! Beside dance I go to school of course, study a lot, hang out with my friends. Usual stuff :))))

What Irish things do I play, dance, say, sing or other:: We are concentrated on show dance because people even now aren't familiar with this dance. But i hope that one day we will be able to do traditional stuff more.

Favorite Music: Rock and roll, a little bit of electro gothic also like metal and all music that is loud and heavy :)

Dancing School / Group: Erin's Fiddle

Dancing Level: Beginner

How many years have you been Irish dancing?: Two years

Favourite Irish Dance Show: I like Celtic Tiger, Riverdance, Lord of the Dance, everything that Michael Flatley ever did and Jean Butler, of course Collin Dunn too :) Also I saw several videos of traditional dancing and i like it very much.

Hi...

I am really new at this forum, don' know how to use it :)

In my country there are no things or events related to this wonderful dance so we have to dig and learn on our own. But in fact we are very good at dance, I enjoy dancing. Although I would like to dance traditional things more.

School started so I have no more time to waste.I can't wait for the rehearsals to start, all that energy is boiling in my veins.

Well that's it so far. :)

Aw..thats not good. I injured myself in April n still do Physio 2 get bk in shape but it still hurts when Im dancing. Hope ur foot is good again. Wat happened?

oh yeah same here...I mean it'S september usually it's cold and freezing but now it's still so hot and I really hate it coz we r in the 4th floor in my school without any window shades u know and the sun is killing me! 1 boy in my class got sunburned in the class coz we ve 4 windows in the back so it's like the hell in our school lol^^

uw yeah I was in school yesterday from 8 in the morning till 7 o'clock in the evening it was such a looong day I was so dead sooo tired and I ve soo much 2 do so much 2 read well I'm missing holidayz lol...but it's not that bad coz I'm quite fast with that stuff lol^^
